Little girl with the flowered dress
The little girl with her flowered dress,
with her beady eyes that never rest.
Her mom's a druggie, her father's in jail,
her only friend's without a tail.
As a child she watched her sister slowly die,
yet she was not old enough to shed tears or cry.
If you look at her arms, and there you'll see
cuts and wounds where they aren't supposed to be.
Finally one day she could take no more pain,
no more tainted smiles or blood that fell like rain.
She pulled the trigger and ended her misery right there,
gone off to Heaven, with a smile she never got to wear.
