The leonid shower is a meteor shower that happens every year I believe. I saw it four years ago if I remember correctly. It was pretty cool, we were standing in my backyard, and you could see the "shooting stars" fall in rapid succession.
Supposedly, this year is not optimal for viewing because it will be too bright, but still, it might be worth staying up to watch. |
