 does anyone know how she did those effects on the hair and skin? she made her hair from black have different shades of blue and her skin pale without making the picture look wierd ;; can anyone help me? thanks.. |

i think she either overlayed it or what gigi ^ said. yeah. but my camera takes pictures sometimes with a blue tint and i can adjust the brightness manually
