 does anyone know how she did those effects on the hair and skin? she made her hair from black have different shades of blue and her skin pale without making the picture look wierd ;; can anyone help me? thanks.. |

Try Curves (Ctrl+M) or duplicating the later and setting it to 'Screen'. |
