Ok so here's the thing. I like this guy, and he did like me. He's really shy and he won't tell me that he likes me and everything...so we're just friends now. I guess. So last night we were having this conversation on msn, and somehow we got to the topic about smoking and drinking..he told me he drinks ocassionally and have tried smoking. I was shocked...cause he seems like such a 'good' typo guy and everything..and its not like he's 17 and its legal for him to drink. He's my age which is 15 and its just freaking me out that I liekd a person like that.
WIll you date a guy that smokes and drinks?? I'm not sure about my feelings for him now

This is life, a lot of young people have tried smoking at least once and have drank. It is nothing shocking, I think I read somewhere about how a hell of a lot of 13 year olds have tried a cig. once or twice. I'd say, date the guy. The worst that could happen is he still has smokers breath....from the one time he smoked. If his "ocassional" drinking is too much for you, move on. He will find a girl who can enjoy a drink once in a while. |

I'm sure most girls would love to find that one guy that has never done anything bad like that or something but look at what the world is coming to, it's getting less and less likely to happen. If the drinking and smoking starts to get in the way of your relationship then I'd say you have a problem. Or if he starts presurring you into smoking and drinking then you'd have a problem. Otherwise, date the guy. Just because someone has tried smoking and drinks every once in a while they aren't some horrible person. Everyone deserves a chance. |
