Its already been created but some members are having complaints that its not needed. What do you, as apart of the community think? I'm ok with it because it leaves no excuses for people to take part in spam convos elsewhere around the forums.

i think it's stupid. if you really need to talk to someone, freakin pm them. you could always call them on the phone, talk to them on a messenger, myspace, email, etc. the community guidelines state that spam is not allowed, so basically this is going against the rules.
