Do you guys know anyone like that? I have a few friends with this situation. One who is pakistani and her parents tell her that she can only marry or even date other ppl who are pakistani and I also have several asian friends that have a simlar situation in which there parents say they can only marry/date there own race.
For me I think that your parents should not be able to tell you to only date/marry only ppl of certain races/cultures. My parents don't really care for me. I think thats partly because we are of mix races or maybe were just more open minded idk... what do you guys think about it? Is it an acceptable based on the fact that some cultures don't believe in mixing? |

i think there is another topic like this
but i know a lot parents in that situation..including mine...but i don't really care what they think of that..it's not like they are going to get mad at me forever..but it's kinda also depends on the race..they like certain types |
