i tried and tried. but i cant figure this out or find any tutorials on google // yahoo about what im stuck on. where can you download and how do you install windows XP system skins? im talking about start bars, logon windows, system icons, ect.

It's not so hard with window blinds.
I think Adobe Bridge can customize the icons on your desktop, not sure. |
