Some say bra should be worn most of the time to avoid "gravity" (to sag). Whereas others contradict this theory, insisting if you wear your bra too much you are discouraging your breasts' natural ability to hold itself (because it relies on your bra too much). So I was wondering if anyone has any insightful input about this "..debate".

Discuss.

Also, is it right to take your bra off when you're sleeping? Personally I do because it feels good when my bra is off, and I heard that sleeping with your bra on MAY cause breast cancer. BUT I was watching "The View" and a specialist recommended a bra for night time to avoid it from going everywhere which may cause sagging? I am sooo confused. Which one is it?
