I found this one that i wrote in FOURTH grade..aha
The Battle The fire from the dragon's breath, defeating him, may mean death. I hear the draragon's fiercome roar, fighting him won't be a bore. Slashing through the darkened night, my own eyes are filled with fright. Dawn awakes as wings of fire, It seems this battle will never expire. The sun is rising above the hill, the dragon still has the rage to kill. For this day begins again, death is just around the ben. His gleaming white teeth and spikes on his tail, Oh, I know I'm going to fail! Slash, I stabbed him in the heart, He had deserved it, he was done with his part. Crack, he landed with an awful thud, Sinking in the depths of murky mud. |
