guys... need some help.. most of the layout i saw the division of layers are divided into 2 (left and right) can we make a division by top and bottom ???

ahhh okaiz... thankz pretty princess in blue eyez (btw, i like all your designs *wink*) now i get it... im really sorry guys am realy new in this html in xanga so please bear with me... by the way im still confused in using margin-top... thus the image goes up or down when in a negative (-) value?
