Here it goes...
Saturday night was homecoming in my lil town & my boyfriend of 3 years & I went together(of course!) & well when we left my boyfriend's mom(who was drunk) went to visit my mom. They started talking about me & my boyfriend & HIS mom said a lot of things like him not loving me as much as i love him & him not being as committed & that scared her. She also said that he only wants me when its convienent for him. Like even if he's not doing anything he'll put off calling me & stuff but expects me to drop everything at his call. She also said that he thinks I am whipped & would do whatever he says. But my mom told me all this & grant it my mom exaggerates A LOT & his mom says A LOT of weird things when shes drunk. So i kinda talked to him about it(didnt give him many details) & he swears up & down that he's had no intention of us breaking up EVER. (& for the note i am a virgin so that is not why he's with me!) & well now my mom is yelling at me telling me to break up with him & stuff & i just dont know what to do! sorry if i left out details just ask! please give advice though! |

If youve talked to your boyfriend and he swears he has no bad intentions and you guys still like eachother and love/feel for eachother and want to be together, you should be together despite your moms advice. its not like shes demanding you to break up with him or anything. I think 3 years is too much to waste on something observed by people who dont know what really goes on in the relationship
