I've noticed in a lot of the layouts that people have got tables wherever they want and have titles as whatever they want....is there a tutorial on how to customize your profile that way??Is it just divs used?

Thanks for that,I was just mucking around,wasnt taking any notice really of what colors I was using,I was just trying to get the idea of it and just see how it would turn out but theres no difference and the content is up the top...
