okay, a while back a girl and I broke up (a year ago, tomorrow) because we just, didn't want to go out anymore. And since then we've been close friends. We still talk a lot on IM, and occasionally on the phone. She lives about 30 minutes away, so I don't exactly see her all too often. But, in the past few weeks, I've found myself starting to like her again, and she's said things to me ("You have to be one of the nicest, coolest guys I've ever met..") which might suggest she is getting closer to me again. Plus, I ran into her downtown the other day, and she tackle-hugged me. I'm not sure I'm interpreting the signals right. What do you guys think?

she probably likes you. but since you guys are close friends now.
maybe you guys can talk about it. or tell her what your feelings are. just "try". it never hurts trying. and maybe if she still likes you. you guys can try it again. if you want to risk your friendship with someone who you like and feel comfortable with. =]] |
