what do you do when the person you have been seeing for a while tells you that you ruined their life...i dont see how thats possible since you have more steps in life then the person you are dating...but the words all hurt the same....what do you do??

Yeah, I don't think it's a healthy relationship. In a way, like you said, he's more controlling and that's not a good thing. And, if someone says that to you, and it's not in a joking manner, then he's not worth it. I think you should break up with him.
