Yeah, just say it when you feel like it. I said it to my boyfriend, after he said it first and I knew that I had loved him too. With my first boyfriend, he said it to me, but I didn't love him, so I didn't say it back. But sometimes, I would throw the word around when I'm speaking to friends...
