Alright, all my life I only ate meat with the exception of brocolli. The first food introduced to me was meat (when I was 4) and I never ate vegetables. When I was introduced to vegetables, I quickly dismissed it. Now my mom wants me to start eating vegetables since I am growing up and need more nutrients than ever. How can I start liking vegetables? I tried eating them but I ended up throwing up because of how disgusting it tasted. Does anyone know a way to help a meat-eater like vegetables? It sounds impossible for me since it's like giving cabbage to a lion.

well, if it really does taste bad you might be allergic to them, so watch out a bit.

i suggest starting with sweet vegetables and then moving up.

get carrots out of the way

then peas.

and then such.

leave salads and other leafy greens off till the end.
