hi i know this has been a topic before.and its closed.i have a question about making it.for the marquee around the picture thing.
on http://www.createblog.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=102922 then the link that toya replyed with http://www.kbdezigns.com/tutorialdb/viewtut.php?tid=11 can it be done on photoshop too? not just paint shop. i only have photoshop cs2 and animation shop.so im just wondering if so. if you can make it for photoshop, can you help me find a tutorial on making it or is it the same from the other link. thanks.

kk thanks for that note,and i have image ready :], but im stuck at step 2...dividing it into 4 pieces to make it black and white..and what tool and all that information.
