All of a sudden.... Options

My profile got messed up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My background is gone , not to mention my tables and my scrollbar colors have changed!!! Any idea why this is happening????? Or do I have to start all over again...

Ok...I just made a new layout but it's still messed up!!!>_<
