Alright I am working on a DIV Overlay Layout on my PSP 9 and I have so much brushes but the problem is I have no clue on what I am doing lol. I need some tips on how to make an awesome Layout I want mine sorta be like this with the table and I want to add a little more. Can anyone give me some advice or tips?

^thats what i do.
but psp9 has the crayon tool, and the smear tool, actuallly, all those art media stuff. i wish i had that. thats what i used to make that green one i just showed you. poo. |
