yet another problem

i lost weight with Mulder! Group: Official Designer Posts: 4,070 Joined: Jan 2005 Member No: 79,019	so, i just put up a new layout, and as always, there are new problems. i changed the pic, because people didnt like it, and now it wont fully show up. it gets cut off by the blue background... so, how do i fix it. since lisa did it in tables im not really sure what to change.
