We talked about this in another thread but I dont think we made an offical vote. So what is your take on the whole endorsement thing? Do you think applicants should be required to have endorsements in order to apply or just let the applicant speak for him/herself.
I now think endorsements are not needed, if an applicant is truely qualifed then that person will be able to speak him/herself through their posts (by looking over them) and what staff members and regular members have observed from them throughtout the community. |

alright, so is that everyones vote? or are we still discussing because it seems everyone is against them since the staff puts in who they like backstage.
