Hmm...I was wondering if there is brush like [these]. I want the circles and the flower design thats next to her picture and how do you make the texture thats over it?

the brush i believe could be found on here: http://www.peach-blush.org/brushes.php if not im sorry, but it does look like the "retro circles" on that web page.
