I was just wondering, because I tried asking all the girls in my school and most of them said that they rather be asked "Will you be my girlfriend"

"Will you go out with me?" Seems more like you're asking her on a date; not really you two exclusively together and such.
"Will you be my girlfriend?" Leaves no room for confusion on what you're asking; it's clear that you'd like her to be your girlfriend. So if you would like a girl to be your girlfriend, I'd say ask "Will you be my girlfriend?" instead. If you're looking more for less attachment and labels and more for just dating, then ask, "Will you go out with me?" |
