What comes to your mind, "Holiday Smileys of the Month" contest?
Yep. 1. There would be only one smiley per popular holiday accepted every month. 2. We’ll stop having the contest when we have every smileys for the entire popular holidays. 3. I have a request for the 4. However, I need enough people to support this fun idea ... then I might pm an administration. 5. It’s definitely a great FUN opportunity for MS Paint users to express their creativity. 6. At last, the topic will be located in Picture if this idea is acceptable.  I hope all of you know what I mean.

well, that doesn't have a description with it...
well, i think it wouldn't hurt ot have in like, the introductions, a pinned topic with all the smilies and a short description of each... |
