i have a girlfriend see.and im walking my best friend to class.i always call girls beautiful and i compliment them and i always carry my best friends book. and watch over her...u know....when someone touch her....i kick thier azz....do u think thats cheating....

Compliments are cool, so long as that's all they are. You don't have any feelings beyond friendship, so there's no problem. Also, it's understandable if your girlfriend can't understand that, but you should ask her to try and if she refuses or just simply won't try, then she's not worth it. You seem like a sweet enough kid that you shouldn't have to choose between your best friend who is a girl and a girl that you won't date for the rest of your life. Although, thinking of it in that sense makes the decision easy, right?
