Some people can record down all their dreams easily. That's so amazing! I can hardly do it.. my dreams are like slideshows of random things put together while changing scenes rapidly. It sometimes feel like a year have passed. |

I heard that writing down your dreams immediately when you wake up can help you to interrupt them, but I don't remember 100% of them, sadly.
