but they should still be considered.
anyways, you can put that i the hiring paragraph.. like... it is recomended that you have been a memeber for at least 2 months so that the selection committee knows you. You can still apply if you haven't been a member for 2 months, but you'll have two kinds of chances. fat and slim |
