Thats just part of the story. I studied this case in law class a while back. They had a contest for the waitresses at hooters and that the winner would get a "toyota". Its was word of mouth from the managers and owner of the Hooters restaruant, so their wasn't flyers specifying "toyota" or "toy yoda". The girl won the contest and told her family. They got local newspapers and news stations to watch as she recieved her new "toyota". They came out with a toy and laughed in her face in front of her family, spectators, and media.
I wrote an essay and a half
