hehe. well yes i am a layout designer & i know how to do some stuff that other ppl dont know how to do. but i DONT KNOW HOW TO DO ROLLOEVER EFFECTS er MOUSEHOVER EFFECTS. like yeah when you put your mouse over a link or pic, an effect happens. its cool but i dont know how. so yeah. =[
 i know sad.....

you mean like image rollover? You can do it by using photoshop. Slicing the layout first then applying the hover effect, like for example; adding a drop shadow or outer glow on the text. I'll see if i can find a tutorial for that. Also, rollover uses javascript.
