well i learned about sex education in middle school, but it wasn't like the high school version. in high school there is more information shown and taught. but should sex ed. be shown throughout middle school or even elementary school? i say that it should be shown through middle school because most kids in high school have already had sex or are pregnant, so whats the point of starting sex ed in high school, when some students have already been through things dealing with sex. this one girl in my sex ed. class was like "i wish i knew about sex before", because her parents never actually told her about sex. they told her about it when she got into high school. i just think that sex ed., should be taught to studnets before they get to high school.

I agree, it should be taught around 5th or 6th grade. There was this 7th grader in my dance class who got pregnant, and she had no idea what sex was (she was going out with a 9th grader). I think that as soon as kids are mature enough to handle the thought of it, it should be taught in school.
