well i learned about sex education in middle school, but it wasn't like the high school version. in high school there is more information shown and taught. but should sex ed. be shown throughout middle school or even elementary school? i say that it should be shown through middle school because most kids in high school have already had sex or are pregnant, so whats the point of starting sex ed in high school, when some students have already been through things dealing with sex. this one girl in my sex ed. class was like "i wish i knew about sex before", because her parents never actually told her about sex. they told her about it when she got into high school. i just think that sex ed., should be taught to studnets before they get to high school.

I agree that it should be taught in middle school. Perhaps even earlier than that, because I remember when I was in sixth grade a lot of kids were already taking part in sexual acts. So maybe if they knew about the disadvantages of doing that prior to middle school they would not have been doing it. And by highschool it is basically too late, because if you didnt learn about sex already then you are probably more likely to experience it for yourself, without knowing the consequences.
