![]() What is this type of effect called and how would I get the exact effect on the borders? (The part that fades but is apart of the banner.) Thanks in advance. |

Take the pencil tool, right click on the brush tool and it'll give you a menu, select pencil, make it however large you'd like it to be, i'd say somewhere between 1 and 3 pixels.
create a new layer. using the shift key, outline the document. [shift will make it stay straight] I'd suggest using the colour white, because that's how you get that look. and once you are done, look on your layers pallete. somewhere will be a drop down menu that says normal dissolve yadda yadda yadda...select overlay. voila? |
