Adobe imageready help |

I have a free trial of adobe photoshop and adobe imageready and I have seventeen days left in my trial. my problem is when i move over to imageready to save something or open something, i get a message that says "operation could not be completed because an assertion has failed" does that have to do with the trial version or is there a setting that is wrong? can someone please tell me? thanks

If you're not creating an animation, I suggest you move it back to photoshop and save there or try to Save it Optimized. I doubt it has anything to do with the trial.
