i personally think that if you know how to use psp, you might like it more than photoshop.
it just takes more time and a lot of experimentation. go through the digital art section and look at all my swirls. most people didnt know how to do that stuff in psp. ...but for most people, photoshop is easier and does offer more stuff up front. with psp you have to work for it. i do wish i had a pen tool though...
