Why doesn't anyone read the rules... argh. Anyone else feel my pain?
Example, in xanga requests, you have to have 50 posts at least to request a layout, but over half of the people have 0 posts and request anyway. I'm no mod, but it still gets annoying. |

My thoughts are the are too lazy to, think the rules are a waste of time to read, dont think the rules apply to them, etc. But what gets me is when tell some of them that have violated a rule, they wanna get all mad. Anyways, I dont really see the need for a topic on this. Its a problem that happens all around the forums, which is why we have moderators. I'm going to close this, if any mod disagrees, feel free to reopen.
