Why doesn't anyone read the rules... argh. Anyone else feel my pain?
Example, in xanga requests, you have to have 50 posts at least to request a layout, but over half of the people have 0 posts and request anyway. I'm no mod, but it still gets annoying. |

nobody really reads rules to anything. like building a shelf...they just go off the picture. sometimes it works and sometimes it doesnt.
i know myself that i didnt read the rules when i first came here, but i have read them. |
