Okay, well, I really like this guy. And thanks to my best friend, me and him are getting pretty close (talking online, on the phone, hanging out, etc. ) And I was wondering when I should tell him how I feel. Because I hate this "bottle up my feelings" stage. It sucks. Well anyways, I am hanging out with him on Halloween (
 ) with a couple of other friends. And I was thinking about telling him at that time, but I'm the type of person who gets... scared easily. So I was wondering if I should do it online, or in person. And.. I guess, the right time would help too.

In person. Its a lot better than online, for many reasons.. he could think it were somebody else or you were joking with him. And dont be scared, you have nothing to lose.
