Okay, well, I really like this guy. And thanks to my best friend, me and him are getting pretty close (talking online, on the phone, hanging out, etc. ) And I was wondering when I should tell him how I feel. Because I hate this "bottle up my feelings" stage. It sucks. Well anyways, I am hanging out with him on Halloween (
 ) with a couple of other friends. And I was thinking about telling him at that time, but I'm the type of person who gets... scared easily. So I was wondering if I should do it online, or in person. And.. I guess, the right time would help too.

You can just tell him when the mood is right and when you think you're ready. And it's probably better if you tell him in person because if it's online, he'll probably think it's someone else trying to mess with him but make sure you're alone with him. Or maybe on the phone is pretty good. But don't worry. I'm having the same problem right now.
