Okay, well, I really like this guy. And thanks to my best friend, me and him are getting pretty close (talking online, on the phone, hanging out, etc. ) And I was wondering when I should tell him how I feel. Because I hate this "bottle up my feelings" stage. It sucks. Well anyways, I am hanging out with him on Halloween (
 ) with a couple of other friends. And I was thinking about telling him at that time, but I'm the type of person who gets... scared easily. So I was wondering if I should do it online, or in person. And.. I guess, the right time would help too.

Definitely tell him in person. Perhaps, get him alone for a while and just tell him. If he likes you, then that's good. But if he doesn't like you that way, don't complain or feel bad and at least still be friends.
