well recently I got this website.. im not up to date with the html used in website or what not..
 .but how can i put up page jumps? i dunno if in website-html their called frames...but seriously I need someone who can give me the code and give me a detailed, understanding explaination of how to do it...  .i wanna put a navigation on my website darnit!!! lol...please help me, i would greatly appreciate it..thank you.
