Okay, well, I really like this guy. And thanks to my best friend, me and him are getting pretty close (talking online, on the phone, hanging out, etc. ) And I was wondering when I should tell him how I feel. Because I hate this "bottle up my feelings" stage. It sucks. Well anyways, I am hanging out with him on Halloween (
 ) with a couple of other friends. And I was thinking about telling him at that time, but I'm the type of person who gets... scared easily. So I was wondering if I should do it online, or in person. And.. I guess, the right time would help too.

 well let me be the first to tell you ^ that advice right above me...doesn't work half the time. if your really like the guy tell him how you feel...if you hold stuff away from him there will always be the akwardness of "what if" in your friendship....but yeah do what you planned you don't need us telling you how to do things...looks like you already have it nicely planned out good luck to you and best wishes.
