How does everyone feel about the misplaced children of Hurricane Katrina? Were parents irresponsbile for the separation between them and their children? Or is the government to blame for these misplaced children due to their slow response?

I wouldn't blame the parents right after the hurricane there was a woman who got seperated from her son because they went to get on the bus to leave and when her son got on they said they didn't have anymore room and they wouldn't let her son off I guess
 so sad!
