How does everyone feel about the misplaced children of Hurricane Katrina? Were parents irresponsbile for the separation between them and their children? Or is the government to blame for these misplaced children due to their slow response?

like everyone stated, you cant blame anyone.
in a time of crisis, it's hard to do anything, let alone take care of a family, especially when being relocated and being forced away from your home. |
