How does everyone feel about the misplaced children of Hurricane Katrina? Were parents irresponsbile for the separation between them and their children? Or is the government to blame for these misplaced children due to their slow response?

Oh that is so sad. I dont really blame the parent because they might not be able to hold on any longer or they just slipped away because the hurricane was too strong. So most likely, I dont blame nobody.
