How does everyone feel about the misplaced children of Hurricane Katrina? Were parents irresponsbile for the separation between them and their children? Or is the government to blame for these misplaced children due to their slow response?

You can't really blame anyone for that. I mean, honestly. It must be hard enough to deal with that.. I'm sure they'll find their families. And if they don't it's not like there aren't tons of nice new parents that would be willing to adopt them.
