QUOTE(Lightner @ Sep 27 2005, 10:11 PM) When you work out do not just work out your left arm, but exercise both. The key is to make your left arm work a little harder than your right so your left arm muscles can develope. Lets say you're doing dumbbell curls with 10 lbs weight (I know guys normally use more than 10 lbs, but lets just imagine with me). Usually a person would do 2-3 sets of 12-15 repititions on each arm. In your case, you can do 1-2 sets on your right arm and 3 sets on your left arm until you notice a balance. That way, even if your left arm muscles develope, you don't have to worry about it getting too much bigger than the right since you're also working that side as well. It's normal that a person's right arm is stronger than his/her left though. Don't worry too much about getting them exactly the same size... that's loco. |
