customizing drop menu border & arrow? |

Can anyone please tell me how to customize the colors and border for the ARROWS next to the "Choose A Page"? I know inside the box can be customized but are the borders and arrows possible? |

Yeah, I had the custom scrollbar code already but it doesn't change the arrows for the drop down menu. And I also had the first code too; it does change the background and text of the menu but it doesn't change the arrows. =(
I noticed mine didn't have 'iframe.htmleditor' but that had no effect either.... poo. |
