HOWTO: Large Blank space above profile? |

I am looking to place a blank space above my profile show it only shows my background image at first and then users can scroll down.

thanks much, but that didnt seem to produce the result i was hoping for, I was hoping it would just adjust the top so only my background showed and then users would have to scroll down...
that seem to put a space between every table making my space infinite of sorts. |
