My balls itch and I need to know if there is something wrong. Like it has a rash on it now.
 So do I apply medicine or just scratch em. thank you.

If it concerns you so much then go to the doctor. Period. And you wrote that topic in the boys locker room two days ago, I'm surprised you havent seeked medical advice about your problem.
